Summary: The project includes the provision of consulting services to GSC, regarding the development of a detailed technical action plan, the associated time–plan, as well as, the specification of any supplementary technical infrastructures needed for the smooth operation of the Global Business Register (GBR) information system. I am actively involved in all phases of the project, and more precisely in the current status analysis, the interoperability study, and the preparation of the action plan.

Summary: The project included the provision of consulting services regarding the design and the implementation of the bidding strategy of the Public Power Corporation during the auction for the FWA licenses. I was involved with the development of the mathematical model for a best winning strategy subject to financial limitations.

Summary: The project included the provisioning of consulting services regarding the design, as well as, the implementation of the tender process for the award of several licenses for the developments of mobile telecomm. networks and provisioning of services (Enhanced GSM, FWA, and DECT). Amongst other things, I was involved with the analysis of the licensing processes in other European Union countries, contest evaluation models (auction, beauty contest, etc.), qualification and selection criteria, and the license conditions.

Summary: The project included the provision of consulting services on the formulation of telecomm. policies and regulatory measures for the Hellenic telecomm. market. I was involved with the analysis of security technologies, how these are adopted in other European Union countries (including legal issues), the risks they induce, and their role in developing e–government, e–medical, and other public services.
